Phoenix Rising Fitness was built from personal experience, resilience, and the belief that fitness should feel supportive — not intimidating. As a female veteran, certified personal trainer, and USA Boxing coach, I understand how difficult it can be to stay consistent when life, stress, injuries, health challenges, or confidence issues get in the way. My own experiences with setbacks and rebuilding taught me that most people don’t need more pressure or judgment — they need guidance, structure, and an environment where they feel understood.
